What Vape Device is Right for Me?
Have you decided to try vaping to help you quit cigarette smoking?
If you are just starting out on your vaping journey, it can be confusing knowing which device will suit you best. You may also feel added pressure to get the 'right' device so you don’t take up smoking again if you are not successful with vaping.
Even if you’re a seasoned vaper, you might be looking to try a new brand, device or pod. Here are some tips to guide you through your choices.
Vape Selection Guide
If you want to quit tobacco smoking, our Vape Selection Guide makes it easy to choose the right device and pod strength. The Guide is based on the number of cigarettes you usually consume per day and makes device and pod recommendations.
Which Vape Device with Which Nicotine Strength Pod?
For social smokers, the MYLE and ZiiP devices are ideal teamed up with a low nicotine strength pod of 1.8% or 2.0%. Light smokers consuming 3-5 cigarettes per day often prefer a higher strength nicotine pod at 3% or 3.5% with a ZiiP or STLTH device.
There are plenty of devices and nicotine pod strengths for average smokers of around 6-20 cigarettes per day. All of our brands offer a suitable device and pods with nicotine strengths between 3.5% and 5%. Heavy tobacco smokers often prefer a 5% strength pod with a STLTH, ZiiP+ or BO+ device.
Vaping Starter Kit
When you’re starting out on a lifestyle change, it’s often a good idea to take the easy option that requires you to make fewer decisions. A starter kit does just that. All of our kits include a high quality vape device and charging cable.
Some kits come with a selection of e-liquid pods so you can start vaping right away.
Device Vs Disposable Vapes
There’s now more choice than ever on the type of device you use. We only stock high quality vape devices from world-leading brands. They come in a wide range of sizes, styles and colours. The e-liquid pods are available in a range of flavours so there’s something to suit everyone.
Disposable vapes aren’t new to the market but the early ones were seen as cheap and unreliable. Now the quality is much improved and disposables are now a viable alternative. You might decide to start vaping with a disposable vape because it’s a low-cost, easy option for you to trial vaping.
But disposables aren’t just for vaping beginners. Many long-term vapers are making the switch to disposables or using both - device and disposable. Their reasons are many and varied such as not wanting to lose their device or get caught without vape if the device battery runs out.
